		<description>The weather has been quite blah here as well, not at all conducive to conversation. But this salad would cheer me up, too! We had Japanese cucumbers from the farmers&#039; market last summer but at this time of year, I may have no choice but regular old cukes. Hope they would still work for this recipe!</description>
