pekopeko: the sauce is definitely meant to be thicker. in fact, it should take at least half an hour to an hr on very low heat to reduce to an ickily thick sauce. but I have an inherent problem with waiting for my food hence the more liquid, thin sauce of mine.

Looks super yummy!

Would it be better if the sauce were reduced to be a bit thicker?

Hi there Diva - Thanks for visiting, answering your question about the nozzle size I used for the Chocolate Icing - it's #15 actually.

This lamb dish looks great!

i like my men buff and burly. :)

i've resisted trying lamb all my life, probably because my uncle raises sheep and i know first-hand how adorable the babes are when they're alive and breathing. if i ever cross over to the baby-eating dark side, i'll be sure to try this recipe because it sounds great! :)

Oooooohhh... This looks awesome! I was craving lamb today, but I went with a Guinea hen. Now I'm kinda wishing I'd seen your post earlier.

That looks good and sounds really tasty! I recently made lamb chops in a balsamic cherry sauce. The cherry sauce went really well with the strongly flavoured lamb meat. I imagine that a blackberry sauce would go really well with lam too.
